LaKisha Partman, CEO, is a dynamic HR professional with over 20 years of experience across diverse industries including non-profit, retail, banking, and pharmaceuticals. In her previous roles, LaKisha has played a pivotal part in driving organizational growth by leading key strategic initiatives and championing comprehensive diversity and inclusion strategies.

Her pioneering efforts in diversity and inclusion have led to the implementation of innovative programs and practices that promote equity and foster a culture of belonging. LaKisha's leadership and project management expertise are a testament to her commitment to creating inclusive workplaces where everyone can thrive.

A proud Maryland native, LaKisha holds a Master of Labor and Human Resources from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. She is also certified as a Professional in Human Resources and a member of the Society for Human Resources Management. Additionally, she is a certified MBTI practitioner.
